Awesome people. Fixed my laptop screen (which I'm using now to type this) and charged me a little under $100 for express shipping of my new screen to their store, the cost of the screen itself, and their labor. And it works beautifully. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a PC repaired! They repaired my PC within only a couple days (with the express shipping, mind you) and I ordered it right before the weekend, so it took them until Wednesday to have it done and ready. Thanks again, guys!!!!
I will never buy from here again ! They sold me a lemon that didn't even last me a year. I decided to stay local and bought a computer from them .I learned my lesson the hard way . No customer service, it took them 4 months to get me a new battery and didn't even call me to pick it up , They got my money and that's all they care about ! I wish I could rate it half a star !
And after I brought it in today , they wanted to charge me 150 for hard drive & operating system. So basically 750 for a used computer that didn't last more than a year, and they don't stand behind what they sell and just want your money . In the words of one of my computer friends . I got ripped off !!
