Update: problem resolved took a few days but happy with results. Management was friendly and professional.
Watch your contracts people. Added a line with existing equipment and was signed up for a new 2 year contract,I was told by the corporate office this was a mistake by this store. I called to resolve problem with them, they took my information and said they would call me back. 4 days later and nothing back
