I called them and they said that it came out of a factory box. My guess is that if you go to ebay right now you will see the green bumper that I'm talking about. It's going to cost me nearly $40 to ship the thing back to them! I'm new to the sport and didn't know what a stock bumper should look like so I take partial responsibility for not studying the picture on the ad closer. But when they say it's a stock/factory unit for an M7, that's not accurate representation.
RV is a JOKE!
All I can say is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I needed a new bumper for my M7. RV was advertising a brand new, factory bumper on ebay that would fit an M7. When it arrived it was modified such that the whole belly pan section was cut out.
Insurance wouldn't cover.
Great customer service
2 weeks later it blew up, caused by injesting water/snow from a screw hole that THEY forget to install.
Brought my 1 year old sled in for a service, and after a $600.00 service bill I left in hopes that all bugs were out.
Had them change some fluids in my snowmobile the end of last season. Well the didn't put the tensioner or spring back in my chain case so I had none of the oil I paid for even left and have spent a couple days now fixing the damage that was done. Paid $75 for a $150 problem and lost a couple days. Never again.
Took weeks to get an estimate even longer to get my sled fixed and after all the waiting it still wasn't fixed right. Service dept. was terrible and not competent enough to do her job.
Thousands out of pocket.
