Food is always pretty consistent, but it would be wonderful if you taught your staff how many things to carry is too many things. I had a drink, a sundae, a box, and a bag to go. They didn't offer me a drink holder or a bag at all, which would have been super helpful. I ended up dropping my sundae and cleaning up off the floor myself.
It's a great business, but sometimes with some poor service.

Me, and my 2 buddies waited for almost 20 minutes for 2 blizzards and a strawberry sundae. When we got in line there was 2 people ahead of us and 2 people behind us, then we ordered and waited, waited, and waited. The 2 people that were behind got there food and blizzards before we did and it took almost 15 minutes for there order. Then I went up to the till and complained about our order. Then 1 minute later we got our ice cream and it was almost half way melted. NOT SATISFIED. SPEED IS NOT THERE THING.
The food is always good. They are fast at getting your food. The staff is really friendly.
I just went through the drive thru and I had great service! The worker was super friendly and greeted us with a friendly smile. I got a chicken wrap and it was made so well! They even tucked in one end so everything doesn’t fall out! Will be going back
It's not fun trying to make it to the car with an armful of food, let alone try get into your car without dropping it.
