Awesome staff and Professional service
I'd give this establishment a 0 star rating if I could, in regards to customer service. The store appears pleasantly organized, but the staff resemble chickens with their heads cut off. I've met the manager personally, who is a total tool. He appears to be neat and orderly until you see him interact with his employees. He answers his own customers questions with "I don't know" and goes as far as to call an employees at home, on their day off, if he is uncertain of an answer.
Therefore, at a consumer point of view, it is unquestionable as to where the unprofessionalism lies within this establishment. It definitely starts with management.
