Carrier sent in non-food grade trailer for a food grade shipment. They sent in a trailer to our shipper with potatoes smooshed and left behind after they were informed that the trailer needed to be food grade with no holes. We asked Dispatcher Brian to please have the driver get a trailer wash and load either today or tomorrow, they moved the truck on us, left us with a service failure.
