Very slow, I has a regular appt scheduled and it took 2 1/2 hours by the time I left the clinic Not enough staff in the Pharmacy and the Dr seems to take his time in between appointments
Tried calling the pharmacy to refill a prescription that I ran out of. Was on hold for a half hour and finally hung up. Called back later and told the receptionist the situation, she said she would transfer me, was on hold for another half hour and hung up again. Then I called a different pharmacy who said they would call and get everything transferred for me. Sanford pharmacy sucks, don't use them.
